Viviane Pereira is the Sustainability & DEI Manager at Porto, where she focuses on integrating sustainability into the company’s business strategy and repositioning the group to address ESG challenges. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable development, she drives strategic planning, climate change initiatives, decarbonization, diversity and inclusion programs.

Throughout her career, Viviane has managed sustainability and ESG integration across diverse sectors, holding leadership positions at multinationals such as BASF, Odebrecht, and Ingredion Inc. Her expertise spans supply chain traceability, corporate transparency, and stakeholder engagement across Latin America. Viviane holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Business from the United States, and an MBA in Environmental Management.
